In the project presentation of The New Modular House which was conducted in Madrid last February, approximately more than 2000 residents attracted by the concept of spain which was designed by A-Cero Architecture Studio directed by Joaquin Torres, as evidenced by the number who request information and request.
There are two customers who have built houses, one in Guadalajara and one in Catalonia, and it was not only Spanish citizens who are interested in the project from A-Cero, there have been customers from several countries who are interested in them are Swiss citizens.

There are 3 models available with an area of 85 m2 or 107 m2, it can adjust to customer needs, you could own an 82m2 house for 69,000€ or fully decorated and equipped for 85,000€
All production is done by A-Cero at the workshop to ensure quality and reduce the excessive cost. This project has been to popularize the A-Cero Modular house design and quality consturctive in order to try that the avant-garde architecture will be for every body and not only for an economic elite.
